• I have introduced myself to the resident.

• I have explained how I can support them during their stay.

• I have introduced them to some of the other residents.
• I have explained that they should not disclose sensitive information about themselves or share info about anyone else they will be living with.
• I have taken them on a tour of the property and showed them their room and communal facilities.
• I have explained the house rules to them and answered any questions.
• I have made it clear that residents must sleep at the property every night and permission needs to be sought to stay away.
• I have pointed out where the fire exits are.
• I have checked whether they need any personal hygiene products.
• I have provided them with a towel.
• I have ensured their room meets our lettable standard.
• I have explained that guest wifi is available and how to access it.
• I have told them where the bus stop is and where local shops and amenities are located.
• I have explained that some residents cook a Sunday roast every week and they are welcome to participate in that.
• I have provided them with their door code.
• I have asked the resident if they have any questions about their stay.
• The resident has signed a digital copy of the house rule agreement.
• The resident has signed the Gym Use Disclaimer and Agreement.
